• High Stress Scenarios

  A day of high stress scenarios to help prepare Cadets for the CT Police Cadet Stations Day, and to demonstrate how you loose fine motor function under high stress situations.  This event is hosted by the Windsor Police Cadets.  Click here for registration form

• CT Police Cadet Stations Day

• NERLEEA Conference
  June 25-28, 2012 Estimated cost $185.00per Cadet $65.00per Advisor
  Due to the military's budget cuts our original plan for the conference has changed.  This years conference focus more on hands on training in different aspects of law enforcement.  All Cadets are encouraged to participate in this program.  In addition to this we will be holding our 2nd annual SWAT School, this school is a separate program from the conference being held. • NERLEEA SWAT School
  June 25-28, 2012 Estimated cost $185.00per Cadet $65.00per Advisor
  This SWAT School is a separate program held at the same time as the leadership program listed above and is meant for cadets 16 years of age or older who have participated in other Academies or conferences.  This is a physically challenging course which builds on team work and learning to trust your partners in operations such as this. Click here for more information.   Click here for 2010 youtube Video
• Cadet Police Academy
  July 22-28, 2012 estimated cost $400.00 per person

• NY Police Cadet Stations Day

  A day of training and competition in the Syracuse Area more details will be released in the future.
• Motorcycle Show & Pig Roast - Fundraiser

  Our annual holiday party held at the New Britain Senior Center is held to bring cadets from the area to enjoy food, music and play some games. 
• Leadership Seminar for Female Cadets
  November 2012,  cost $25.00 per person
  A one Day Seminar Presented by the CT Association of Women Police & NERLEEA designed for female cadets to better prepare them for the hiring process.  Classes will include Heath and Fitness, Making good decisions, Leadership Training, Resume Writing and communication skills.
• CT Police Cadet Tactical Challenge
  October 2012 - $40.00 per unit $35 per participant
  A day of training and competition where cadets are faced with typical scenarios SWAT teams face on a daily basis.  These cadet teams need to come up with a plan and execute that plan.  The cadets are scored more on team work and officer safety than on actual SWAT tactics.  This event is being held at the (old) Sunrise Resort on Rte 151 in Moodus, CT.  
• NERLEEA Holiday Party
  December 2012 estimated cost $20.00 per person
  Our annual holiday party held at the New Britain Senior Center is held to bring cadets from the area to enjoy food, music and play some games.
