Membership
Membership to the association is open to all Law Enforcement Youth Programs within the United States. We concentrate our membership mainly in the northeast region of the country because that's where we run most of our programs however we welcome all programs to be members.
Cost of membership is $65.00 per year for each unit plus $4.00 per person. For each person registered with NERLEEA we extend our group Accident Medical coverage we have through Nationwide insurance which covers up to $25,000.00 in medical expenses as a primary policy while the cadets are participating in approved supervised programs. Temporary Membership
Temporary membership is a new program voted in by the Board of Directors on 3/12/11. This membership is meant mainly for programs that are not local but want to attend ONE program per year. The fee for this program is $25.00 Unit fee plus $4.00 per person fee for those attending the event. These fees are in addition to the event fees. This membership will expire at the end of the event that is being attended. These fees are not transferable to regular membership if they wish to join the association as a regular member at a later date. If in the future a unit decides to attend another event that year then they will be required to join as a regular member of the association.
